When you generate music through Sarati AI Music, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, download, and distribute your generated content, subject to these terms and applicable laws.

Paid users may use AI-generated music for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

• Podcasts and audio productions
• Games, mobile applications, and software
• Advertising and marketing campaigns
• Films, documentaries, and video projects
• Social media content and business promotions

3. Attribution

Attribution to Sarati AI Music is appreciated but not required unless otherwise stated for specific content or promotional programs.

4. Restrictions

You may not use generated content for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, defamatory, or infringing purposes. You may not falsely claim exclusive ownership of the underlying AI technology used to create the content.

5. Copyright and Ownership

You retain rights to the specific outputs generated through your account, subject to applicable laws and third-party AI provider policies. Sarati AI Music does not guarantee copyright eligibility, uniqueness, trademark availability, or exclusivity of generated content.

6. Third-Party AI Technologies

Generated music may be created using third-party AI technologies and providers. Additional terms, limitations, or licensing requirements imposed by those providers may apply.

7. Limitation of Warranty

Generated content is provided on an "as is" basis. Sarati AI Music makes no guarantees regarding originality, commercial suitability, legal compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
